The Outback longies are done. I decided on the ruffles and I think the finish came out very cute. These are freshly off the needles so the ruffles still want to curl a bit, after I wash and lanolize they will look perfect. I think I may also do one more small special touch on these -- but I will leave that as a surprise for the new owner! I will wash and lanolize these tomorrow and they should be ready to head to their new home by this weekend.

I am casting on for a newborn set tonight. I am not sure of the colorway or who dyed it I will have to ask the mama who sent it in because the colors are so pretty, very gender neutral.

I have about 6" done on the legs so a few more inches and I will start the leg cuffs. The mama who ordered these couldn't choose between ruffles and a flare at the bottom so she is letting me pick -- right now I am think the flare bottoms will look cute but I will wait until I am a bit further down the leg to totally decide.

I also received yarn for another custom newborn set today, I forgot to take pictures before it got dark so I will take some tomorrow!

Here is another set of customs. These will be elastic waist as well which makes them hard to photograph well, I plan to get the elastic in tonight so they photograph better. These have purewool trim and the yarn is Outback by Plymouth.

Here are the Mosaic Moon Arabian Nights shorties just before they went for a bath. Beautiful colorway, these knit up so nice I hope the mama and little one enjoy them! They will most likely ship out Wednesday as long as they are dry.

And next I have a newborn/small set I finished while I was waiting for some yarn to arrive. These are done with 3ply Purewool in the Black and Cyan colorway with matching turquoise trim. I was trying to make something gender neutral, I think I accomplished that I would put these on a girl or a boy! These will be up for sale soon I just plan to make a pair of booties and maybe a small toy to go with them.

Just about to head home from a small and wonderful family break for 4th of July at the lake. I also have been working on a new pair of custom shorties. These are knit with Mosaic Moon 3ply Uruguay Merino in her Arabian Nights colorway. Here you can see them enjoying a view of the lake this afternoon. I love how the blue from the lake is picked up in the yarn .

And here is a close-up on a neutral background. The colors are just beautiful and these are knitting up very nice. I am just about to split for the legs and I imagine they will be done and drying on Monday.
